Our web clients are small and medium-sized companies.
Any web project we work on is a team effort between the client and our team. It may take several meetings with the client, depending on the complexity of the project, to work up a site development plan.
Our Process in Developing a Web Site Plan:
- We begin by setting the goals and objectives of the project. What do you want your web site to do? To inform, educate, sell?
- We establish the target audience for the web site.
- We ask the client to research similar sites they like and dislike and be prepared to discuss why they feel this way. This information should be brought to the first meeting.
- We define measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the project.
- For web projects, an organizational chart and an information flow chart are prepared. Based on these two charts and our research, we prepare a systems and cost analysis for the project and present it to the client for approval.
- After the project has been approved, we prepare a timeline for the tasks. It is the responsibility of both parties to respect and implement the time line.
